Hey, ya'll! Murphy here! How do you like this
great portrait of me? Rachel Boettger was kind enough to send this in.
Looks just like me!
Since it was a beautiful afternoon, I hope everyone took the time to play with their pets. Our March Mission is over, but don't forget that play is good for all of us.
Now that it is April, I have a question for ya'll: do you know where
your flea medicine is for your pets? The doc says that many people stop
using flea products through the winter. He also says that this is the
time of year that pets need protection against hungry fleas. Flea
control has never been easier. A few drops along the back of the neck or
even a pill - each given once a month, will keep your dogs and cats
flea free. All flea products are not alike, though. Some products are
definitely safer and more effective.
Doc says there are two
main reasons that pets itch: skin parasites like fleas and allergies. We
can't cure allergies but we sure can keep pets from having flea
problems!
Stay tuned for more information on flea medications and allergies! And get outside and play!
Where's your pet's flea protection?
